1.0 Services to be Provided VoteRockIt will build a customized iOS and/or Android app for (Client).
Services are contingent upon approval by Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Content is manageable from an online web admin or via a WordPress or Drupal plugin. VoteRockIt reserves the right to remove the app from the store if content that violates any United States or individual state law. Apple and Google can also remove the app for a violation of terms.
VoteRockIt also reserves the right to remove applications from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store if content is pornographic, illegal, or is not used for agreed upon purposes. Valid purposes include political campaigns, non-profits, ballot initiatives, referendums, elected officials, get out the vote initiative, election commissions, advocacy groups, or general elections.
Client agrees to follow all city, county, state, and federal laws in using VoteRockIt. These include finance laws around politics. VoteRockIt suggests using a political donation platform such as Anedot, Democracy.com, NationBuilder, Raise The Money, or other that insures that rules and regulations are followed.
1.1 Timeline
Once an agreement is completed, VoteRockIt will gather assets from the Client’s campaign (usually a web designer or graphic designer). Once the assets are set, VoteRockIt will send out an “ad-hoc” build for review. After review and agreement on initial content, the app or apps will be submitted to the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. Apple App Store and Google Play control approval of apps. Usually the approval takes 1-2 weeks.
2.0 Payment Terms
After the app is approved, VoteRockIt will send an invoice for the first year of usage. Once the invoice is paid, the app will be released into the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. Invoices are billed yearly. iOS is considered one platform and Android is considered one platform.

Will be billed on the 15th of every month.
The app will include:
- NationBuilder compatibility (synchronize blog entries, people, events, and surveys)
- Ability to populate the app with issues, news, videos, and events.
- Accept donations on Anedot, Stripe, Democracy.com, Raise The Money, NationBuilder, or any other web site that is mobile compatible.
- Push notifications, Facebook, Twitter, and Contact List integration.
- Upload a voter list and ask volunteers or other users to gather information about the voters that are near them on the GPS map inside the app.
VoteRockIt will provide custom development as needed to suit individual needs. Custom development will be priced by project and must be paid up-front to start work.
The Monthly Retainer Fee will include:
- Major bug fixes (crashes).
- Help desk tickets.

After the date of signature, clients may contact the senior leadership at VoteRockIt by phone or email for support and consultation
Services include but are not limited to:
listening to the specific pain points of a campaign and providing a list of features plausible within the VoteRockIt app as well as mobile strategy and consultation.
